PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION TO PURCHASE AND RENOVATE A
BUILDING FOR A DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SHELTER IN
The proceeds from the sale of severance
tax bonds appropriated to the local government division of the department of
finance and administration pursuant to Subsection 260 of Section 22 of Chapter
429 of Laws 2003 for the purchase of land and a building by Alamogordo for the
center of protective environment in Alamogordo in Otero county shall not be
expended for the original purpose but are reauthorized and appropriated to
purchase and renovate a building for a domestic violence shelter in Alamogordo
in Otero county.
