FOR THE ADDITION OF BENCHES, DECORATIVE PLANTERS AND TREES FOR THE MAIN STREET PROJECT IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

seven thousand dollars ($7,000) for the addition of benches, decorative planters and trees for the main street project in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
