FOR IMPROVEMENTS AND EQUIPMENT AT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PLAYGROUNDS IN THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL SCHOOL DISTRICT IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the public education department

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for safety improvements and equipment at elementary school playgrounds in the Carlsbad municipal school district in Eddy county.
