FOR THE WILL MERCHANT ADULT SOFTBALL COMPLEX IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to renovate and improve the Will Merchant adult softball complex in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
