FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALKS ON CEDAR STREET IN LOVING IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred ten thousand dollars ($110,000) for construction of sidewalks on Cedar street from Fourth street to Eighth street in Loving in Eddy county.
