FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE CHEMISTRY LAB AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

six hundred ten thousand dollars ($610,000) for improvements to the chemistry lab at New Mexico state university in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
