HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 314

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY James Roger Madalena

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN SAN YSIDRO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to purchase land for, demolish existing structures and fence the visitors' center in San Ysidro in Sandoval county; and

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for upgrading equipment and infrastructure and improving and constructing the village park in San Ysidro in Sandoval county.
