FOR MANZANO MESA WATER SPRAY PARK IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for the planning, designing and construction of a water spray park at the Manzano Mesa multigenerational center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
