FOR CONSTRUCTING A HEALTH FACILITY IN LAS VEGAS IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to construct a health facility to house primary care services, shelter and counseling services for victims of family violence and transitional housing for veterans in Las Vegas in San Miguel county.
