FOR CHANGING THE PURPOSE OF A CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND APPROPRIATION FOR EQUIPMENT FOR THE RURAL MEDICAL RESIDENCY PROGRAM FACILITY AT MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

The capital projects fund appropriation made pursuant to Subsection 32 of Section 37 of Chapter 429 of Laws 2003 for expansion of the rural medical residency program facility at Memorial medical center in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county shall not be expended for the original purpose but are reauthorized and appropriated for equipment for the rural medical residency program facility at Memorial medical center in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
