HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 368

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million two hundred ninety-two thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($1,292,250) for improvements to the multipurpose recreation park, including lighting, roads, parking lots, landscaping and furnishings, in Belen in Valencia county; and

two hundred fifty-five thousand one hundred fifty dollars ($255,150) for sidewalk construction and improvements to comply with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 in the Luna Hills area of Los Lunas in Valencia county.
