FOR EQUIPMENT AND EXPANSION FOR THE ROOSEVELT COUNTY SPECIAL HOSPITAL DISTRICT IN PORTALES IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase furnishings and equipment for expansion of the medical office building and equipment within the emergency room for the Roosevelt county special hospital district in Portales in Roosevelt county.
