FOR THE HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES BUILDING IN HATCH IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred eighty-two thousand one hundred twenty-eight dollars ($282,128) for planning, design and construction of the health and human services building in Hatch in Dona Ana county.
