FOR NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.
I request that the following capital
outlay projects be funded:
• to the board of regents of
one hundred fifty thousand dollars
($150,000) to purchase equipment for the football program at New Mexico state
university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county; and
twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000)
for equipment for the rodeo program at
