FOR A LOCATION STUDY, PLAN AND DESIGN OF A NEW HOSPITAL IN SANTA ROSA IN GUADALUPE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) for a location study, plan and design of a new hospital in Santa Rosa in Guadalupe county.
