FOR SPEED BARRIER CONSTRUCTION TO BE LOCATED NEAR THE HAYES MIDDLE SCHOOL IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of transportation

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) for the construction of speed barriers near Hayes middle school in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
