FOR INSTALLATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF A WATER TRANSMISSION SYSTEM, INCLUDING LINES, STORAGE FACILITIES AND A CONTROL SYSTEM, FOR MAXWELL IN COLFAX COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

four hundred sixty-four thousand seven hundred dollars ($464,700) for installation and construction of a water transmission system, including lines, storage facilities and a control system, for Maxwell in Colfax county.
