FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for improvements related to the waste conversion pilot project in Sandoval county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000) for the security system at the detention center complex being constructed in Sandoval county; and

thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000) for constructing the final phase of the Sandoval county judicial complex in Sandoval county.
