HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 798

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Roberto J. Gonzales

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN RED RIVER IN TAOS COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of transportation

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for road improvements in Red River in Taos county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to plan, design and construct phase 1 of a fire station in Red River in Taos county.
