FOR THE HUERFANO CHAPTER OF THE NAVAJO NATION IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) to conduct archaeological clearance, environmental assessment, biological survey and right-of-way easement for the proposed Otis-Bisti overhead powerline extension project in the Huerfano chapter in the Navajo Nation in San Juan county.
