STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY W. Ken Martinez

FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of transportation

five million dollars ($5,000,000) for county road 3500 improvements in San Juan county;

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for county road 7900 improvements in San Juan county; and

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for county road 7950 improvements in San Juan county.
