FOR CONSTRUCTING AND EQUIPPING A CLASSROOM BUILDING AT THE CROWNPOINT INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AT THE CROWNPOINT CHAPTER OF THE NAVAJO NATION IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

two million four hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($2,425,000) to construct and equip a classroom building at the Crownpoint institute of technology at the Crownpoint chapter of the Navajo Nation in McKinley county.
