REQUESTED BY W. Ken Martinez

FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A BUILDING IN THE CROWNPOINT INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY IN THE CROWNPOINT CHAPTER IN THE NAVAJO NATION IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

three million seventy-five thousand dollars ($3,075,000) to construct a classroom building at the Crownpoint institute of technology in the Crownpoint chapter in the Navajo Nation in McKinley county.
