FOR A WATER SYSTEM FOR THE GREATER CHIMAYO MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN SANTA FE AND RIO ARRIBA COUNTIES.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

eight hundred fifty thousand dollars ($850,000) to plan, design and construct phases 1 and 2 of a water system for the greater Chimayo mutual domestic water consumers association in Santa Fe and Rio Arriba counties.
