FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A CHILDREN'S AREA AT THE THOMAS BRANIGAN MEMORIAL LIBRARY IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thirty-five thousand dollars ($135,000) for the planning, design and construction of a separate children's area at the Thomas Branigan memorial library in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
