FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS TO THE SAN MIGUEL MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for water system improvements for the San Miguel mutual domestic water consumers association in Dona Ana county.
