FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS IN MESILLA IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

thirty thousand six hundred dollars ($30,600) for water distribution system improvements on Calle del Oeste in Mesilla in Dona Ana county; and

one hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) for water distribution system improvements on Paisano road in Mesilla in Dona Ana county.
