IMPROVEMENTS AT THE STATE CAPITOL IN
I request that the following capital
outlay projects be funded:
• to the legislative council service
eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000)
from legislative cash balances to design and replace two boilers at the state
capitol and to plan, design, repair, replace and construct the exterior steps
on the west side of the state capitol, including design and installation of a
snow melt system; and
five hundred twenty-five thousand dollars
($525,000) from the state capitol maintenance fund to design and replace two
boilers at the state capitol and to plan, design, repair, replace and construct
the exterior steps on the west side of the state capitol, including design and
installation of a snow melt system.
