FOR IMPROVING THE ATHLETIC COMPLEX AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

one hundred ninety thousand dollars ($190,000) for improving the athletic complex at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
