FOR IMPROVING CAMPUS NETWORK ACCESS AT WESTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN SILVER CITY IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of western New Mexico university

one hundred twenty-seven thousand two hundred seventy-eight dollars ($127,278) for infrastructure and wiring to increase campus network access at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county.
