FOR STUDYING AND DESIGNING TWO-WAY CONVERSION OF LEAD AND COAL AVENUES IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of transportation

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to study and design two-way conversion of Lead and Coal avenues in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
