FOR SPRUCE PARK IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for improvements, including redesigning the play area, reforestation of the park and replacement of benches and tables, in Spruce park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
