FOR THE PLAN, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF AN EXTENSION OF POTABLE WATER, SEWER AND OTHER UTILITIES AT THE BALLOON FIESTA PARK IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for the plan, design and construction of an extension of potable water, sewer and other utilities to the north, east and west areas of the balloon fiesta park in Bernalillo county.
