FOR AN ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION CENTER FOR NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY AT MESA DEL SOL IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

one hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) to plan and design an environmental education center for New Mexico state university at Mesa del Sol in Bernalillo county.
