FOR IMPROVEMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO THE WASTEWATER SYSTEM IN WILLARD IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to engineer, design and construct improvements and additions to the wastewater system in Willard in Torrance county.
