FOR PLANNING, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF AN ADDITION TO THE SENIOR CENTER IN ARTESIA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state agency on aging

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design and construct an addition to the senior center in Artesia in Eddy county.
