FOR EXPANDED SECURITY AT EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

sixty-six thousand dollars ($66,000) to purchase and install a security system at eastern New Mexico university in Roswell in Chaves county.
