FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO THE NEW MEXICO STATE FAIRGROUNDS IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state fair commission

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for infrastructure and capital improvements to the New Mexico state fairgrounds in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
