FOR PHASE 2 OF THE "SMART LAB" UPGRADES AT THE SOUTHWEST SECONDARY LEARNING CENTER CHARTER SCHOOL IN THE ALBUQUERQUE SCHOOL DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the public education department

seventy thousand dollars ($70,000) for phase 2 of the "smart lab" upgrades at the Southwest secondary learning center charter school in the Albuquerque school district in Bernalillo county.
