FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR CARRIZOZO IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to design and construct improvements to the water system in Carrizozo in Lincoln county;

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

***** dollars ($110,200) for the restoration, conversion and incorporation of the old power plant as part of the heritage museum and cultural center in Carrizozo in Lincoln county;
