FOR BALLOON FIESTA PARK SIGNAGE, ACCESS CONTROL AND RESERVATION IMPROVEMENTS IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to design and construct signage, access control and other needed improvements in Balloon Fiesta park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
