FOR A PLAQUE IN RECOGNITION OF THE 200TH COAST ARTILLERY ANTI-AIRCRAFT BATTERY "D" IN GALLUP IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three thousand dollars ($3,000) for a plaque in recognition of the 200th coast artillery anti-aircraft battery "D" in the McKinley courthouse plaza in Gallup in McKinley county.
