FOR BALLOON FIESTA PARK OLD LAUNCH FIELD UTILITY, SAFETY AND GRADING IMPROVEMENTS IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to design and construct utility, safety and grading improvements at the old launch field in Balloon Fiesta park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
