FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT STAR HEIGHTS PARK FOR SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

sixty-one thousand five hundred dollars ($61,500) for purchasing and installing improvements, including shade structures, drinking fountains and playground equipment, at Star Heights park operated by the city of Rio Rancho for Sandoval county.
