FOR A HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE OBSERVATION DECK IN THE RIO GRANDE BOSQUE OPEN SPACE OF RIO RANCHO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

sixty-five thousand dollars ($65,000) for a handicapped accessible observation deck in the Rio Grande bosque open space of Rio Rancho in Sandoval county.
