FOR RENOVATING MCCLURE HALL AT NEW MEXICO MILITARY INSTITUTE IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico military institute

one million three hundred thousand dollars ($1,300,000) for renovating McClure hall at New Mexico military institute in Roswell in Chaves county.
