FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN RUIDOSO IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred forty-six thousand eighteen dollars ($146,018) for construction of a public health facility in Ruidoso in Lincoln county;

eighty-six thousand dollars ($86,000) to construct a facility for the detention center in Ruidoso in Lincoln county; and

eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) to renovate the old detention center as office space in Ruidoso in Lincoln county.
