SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 65

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN TIJERAS IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design and construct phase 3 water system improvements in Tijeras in Bernalillo county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for design and construction of phase 1 improvements to the village information center in Tijeras in Bernalillo county.
