SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 93

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2004

REQUESTED BY Steve Komadina

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN BERNALILLO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

four hundred sixty thousand dollars ($460,000) for wastewater treatment plant improvements in Bernalillo in Sandoval county; and

four hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($425,000) for community water system improvements in Bernalillo in Sandoval county;

• to the department of transportation

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for improvements to New Mexico highway 313 in Bernalillo in Sandoval county;

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for multi-modal transportation center improvements in Bernalillo in Sandoval county; and

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for Hill road drainage improvements in Bernalillo in Sandoval county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) for improvements to the Bernalillo swimming pool in Bernalillo in Sandoval county; and

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for renovation and an addition to the Bernalillo library in Bernalillo in Sandoval county.
