FOR A MOBILE MEAT PROCESSING FACILITY IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($225,000) for a mobile meat processing facility in Rio Arriba county.
